The issue is caused by the policy expression of the no_chunk_pol being ‘true’ and ‘NOT HTTP.REQ.IS_VALID’. This means that the policy will always be true and thus, always be invoked, preventing the other policy from being used. This is explained in the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 Deployment and Administration (CWS-215) course, under the section “Load Balancing Virtual Server Rewrite Policy Binding”.
